This is my entry for the Appendix N Game Jam! 

Synopsis

This adventure takes place over a roughly six-hour period, consisting of a single night in the town of Wulfarrow during the summer solstice. The events begin at twilight and end in the hour after sunrise.

During the holiday celebration, a relic, the sacred blowing horn, Swansong, is stolen from the mausoleum of Wulfruna, a sanctified hero. This triggers a supernatural reenactment of violent events from the town’s past.

The horn, hear it blow!
It calls us, we must go!
To ruin! To plunder!
Its voice is as the thunder!
Swansong! Swansong!
Once denied again we rise--
A blood red tide! You cannot hide!
Swansong! Swansong!

What's Included

Per the rules of the game jam, this adventure is formatted for A5 paper and is four pages long.

The extended cut of the adventure is 24 digest pages long, including notes and prized possessions for each inhabitant, extended referee guidance, and more.

System

This adventure was written for my Troupe: Doomsday system but is broadly compatible with most OSR and NSR games. The rules are freely available  online.
