There's no such thing as an empty hex!
Joy of Hex Maps » Devlog
Happy Friday!
I posted a video in hopes of convincing or assuring or reassuring game masters that a hex with no key isn’t empty so much as potential yet to be realized. I think too many people get fixated on the idea that every hex in a hex-map must be keyed or else the whole thing is a failure and that just isn’t the case. Unkeyed hexes are useful on their own and are ultimately just waiting for you, as the game master, to key it whenever you want or need to! Let me know what you think.
Game on!
