Escape!

ESCAPE! is a reverse dungeoncrawl: the party begins already inside a dungeon. They have no equipment, tools, or weapons at hand. They must scavenge what they can as they attempt to escape from the dungeon and make their way through the wilderness to a nearby settlement.

The initial idea behind this adventure was as a starter scenario, something to kick off a campaign. At the end of it, the party may have a local friend or two in high places as well as some enemies. There might be some questions that the party may have a vested interest in answering and opportunities for further adventures.

Alternatively, the adventure can work as a one-short or two-shot in which the goal of the adventure is to simply escape the dungeon or escape all the way back to the settlement.
