Simplify Light Tracking with Candlepower
Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day and/or weekend! I posted an entry over on my blog that I thought folks here might find interesting and/or useful: simplifying light tracking in dungeoncrawls.
The TLDR version; convert tracking light sources to tracking a meta-currency, which I call candlepower after an antiquated measure of light, to both ease the tracking and shift it into more of a player responsibility at the table.
