The Dictates of Koura

My submission to the Minimalist TTRPG Jam 3.

The Dictates of Koura is a simple, but not simplistic, ad hoc magic system to use with your TTRPG system of choice! It channels a very swords & sorcery feel into a magic mechanic that will both allow magic-users to flex their creativity in untold ways while also forcing them to consider the high cost of their casting!
